The Model 4500 Solid Panel Bunk Bed has many of the same durable qualities as the Model 4500 Bunk Bed. The key feature of this institutional metal bunk bed is the sheet metal sleep surface. Engineered specifically for the unique needs of supportive housing facilities, camps, and other rugged environments, these bunk beds will withstand rigorous use time and again.

  • Available in 36” or 38” widths
  • Adjustable bracket enables use as 75” or 80” length
  • 16-gauge cold-rolled steel panel
  • Reduces opportunity for tampering
  • Easy to sanitize
  • Weight rating: 400 lbs. per sleep surface
  • Demountable into two single beds
  • The bed ends use 1¼”, 18 gauge tubular steel, and the cross supports 1”, 14 gauge tubular
