This Bunk-Bed Is Available In Twin, Full And Queen Widths; And Regular, Extra Long (Typical College Size) And Dorm XXL Lengths, And Meet Most College Requirements.

The Bed Frame has a weight capacity of 1000 lbs. distributed weight.

The Mattress Support has the following Weight Capacities: Twin Loft: 400-lbs, Full Loft: 400-lbs, Queen Loft: 400-lbs. *You Can Choose To Add 100-200-lbs Weight Capacity On Any Loft Bed - Scroll Down To See These Options.

There Are Two Leg Heights Available, The Regular 69 In. Or The Extra Tall 83 In. Legs. We assume you will use an 8 In. Mattress which will give you a clearance of about 37 In. for the 69 In. Leg or 49 In. for the 83 In. Legs. If you need more clearance you would need to use a thinner mattress and let us know the size.

REALLY sturdy!

This frame is SO sturdy! My adult sons are both over 300 lbs so I was a bit hesitant to order a frame online. Frame arrived in 3 HEAVY boxes(we live on the 3rd floor & had to help the delivery guy get them to our apartment!) Then assembly began. Did I mention how sturdy This frame is? We also built the stair/book case. It defines makes getting up to the top bunk easier. Overall it is a great product and we are very pleased with the purchase!

A: The length of a Twin or Full Size is 78". When you add the size of the stairs it is 89" long

Q: Do you make and extra long twin on top with a queen underneath ? If so, what would be the cost? Would need safety rails for top bunk . Will most likely have an 8 or 10 inch mattress for the twin. Our ceiling is approximately 8 feet. Would this allow room head clearance for adult to sit up in the bottom queen without bumping head and how much room would be left for clearance on top bunk from mattress to ceiling?
