This Loft-Bed Is Available In Twin, Full And Queen Widths; And Regular, Extra Long (Typical College Size) And Dorm XXL Lengths, And Meet Most College Requirements.

The Bed Frame has a weight capacity of 1000 lbs.

The Mattress Support has the following Weight Capacities: Twin Loft: 300-lbs, Full Loft: 400-lbs, Queen Loft: 400-lbs. *You Can Choose To Add 100-200-lbs Weight Capacity On Any Loft Bed - Scroll Down To See These Options.

There Are Two Leg Heights Available, The Regular 69 In. Or The Extra Tall 83 In. Legs. We assume you will use an 8 In. Mattress which will give you a clearance of about 55 In. for the 69 In. Leg or 67 In. for the 83 In. Legs. If you need more clearance you would need to use a thinner mattress and let us know the size.

Our L-Shape leg support give This Loft-Bed Superior Support And Stability. The Integrated Ladders At Both Ends Enable You To Position The Loft-Bed In Any Corner And Will Give You Full Access To The Front Of The Loft. Personalize Your Space Under The Loft To Store Your Desk, Sofa Or TV.

A Front Ladder is included. Total Width of the Ladder is 24". The space for climbing is 15-1/2". Angle, removable, Ladder is also available as an option below.

You get one  2" x 4" Safety Rail on 4 sides. You can upgrade to the triple or wide 2" x 6" Safety Rail if you like below.

A: The price listed is for the frame and ladder. The lamp shelf is an add-on. It currently takes about 4 weeks to make and a week in transit. You can expedite the order and it will take two weeks to make and a week in transit.

Q: I love this open concept loft for my 11 yr old daughter's room as a Xmas present! Any chance I could request a couple of upgrades? I would love to see the ladder on the right end of the bed because I plan to put a futon under it and the ladder (in it's current spot) would obstruct the view of the TV. A: You can put the ladder on either side. Yes, you can add a horizontal book shelf. If you are going to put a futon then you need to make sure that it will fit or make the bed longer to accommodate it.

I purchased one for my daughter a couple years ago and would now like a couple for our other two children. Both beds would have a custom height of 80" and either a paint or stain. The 1st bed would be standard QUEEN size (60"x80" mattress) and we would like to have a small ladder on both of the long sides and one of the short sides (three ladders total). The 2nd bed would be standard TWIN size (38"x75" mattress) with a small ladder on both of the two long sides. Both beds would be ordered at the same time to ship to zip code 94703.
