Q: 1) how much does it weigh 2) we are in a condo complex on the third floor with no elevator. Our complex does not have a delivery address that the post office acknowledges (all mail goes to the post office box). If we purchase this item, do you guarantee delivery to our specific unit? We do have an official address.
